Grazers and Hunters

Original class description: This is a class explaining why fear is so ingrained in us, so important to us, and how we might change its meaning to be more helpful. It is how we do either (graze or hunt) that makes a difference.

Summary: In this teaching, the Storyteller explores the timeless duality within us all—the hunter and the gatherer. Hunters seek conquest and visibility; gatherers nurture connection and harmony. Though these instincts often clash, they are both essential expressions of being human. By recognizing when each arises and learning to balance them, we move toward unity, self-understanding, and a more deliberate, authentic way of living and relating to others.
