Remote Viewing

A type of visualization

Remote viewing is one of the foundational teachings of the Storyteller. An analogy would be like falling into the pages of the book, that point where the words disappear, and you are immersed in the movie of your mind. Remote viewing can also be a type of out-of-body experience or astral travel. But it may be more helpful to the average person to think of it as just learning how to use your imagination.

Below is an excerpt from one of dozens of classes. And further below is a full, free audio class.

For you as human beings, the ability to visualize is not necessarily a thing that is easily available to all of you, once you reach the age of puberty. Sometimes, what happens throughout your life is that you get convinced that visualization and imagining is a bad thing. That these imaginings are daydreaming and a waste of time — and that the only thing that really counts is paying attention to things you perceive as real, because if you don’t, something bad happens.

So you learn to not imagine. You learn to distrust your fantasy mind. You learn to distrust imaginations. But the expansion and expression place of you as an adult human being is to be able to allow the healthy imagination, because that is also where you tap into that unseeable answer storehouse that sits at the causal plane; where you can connect to all things; notice your unity with all things; keep your faith as being part of all things. And as such, bring forth into your life the greatest flexibility of choice. Very often, if your life takes upon itself a statement that says “it isn’t real if you can’t touch it,” then the magic of life leaves you. And it is easy to fall into depressions, tiredness, long bouts of sickness — unattached to life. So another added thing that this remote viewing (or imaginings) does to you, as just a natural factor of getting out there and being connected to all things, is it has the ability to restore your faith in hope, in touching.

Sometimes all you need is a little nudge that says it’s all right. You know you have seen. You know you have felt. You know you sense. You know you drift, and very often that is an unimaginably fascinating place for you. So it is a good idea if you are going to do the drifting that you realize it is not necessary that the things you see and the things you feel be absolute.

Below you can download the free class, “Intro to Remote View.” We hope you enjoy this because there is so much more available on hundreds of subjects.

Class description: We are all mystical beings. We have powers and abilities that we may never use fully in our lives or even know we have. Learn some tools to use in opening the subconscious mind and touching the universal connection that has always been part of the human mind, body, and spirit.

Summary: This class explores the concept of remote viewing and astral projection. The discussion centers on the utility of astral travel, suggesting it primarily offers a calming effect rather than improving daily life. The Storyteller discusses the mechanics of remote viewing, emphasizing that time is irrelevant in this state and that paying attention to the first thought is key to accuracy, while also noting that personal filters and judgment can distort the experience. Furthermore, it details techniques for achieving the necessary calm state, such as specific breathing exercises and using boring activities or sounds to occupy the conscious mind, suggesting that familiarity with altered states, like those preceding sleep, can aid in the process.

It contains two MP3s and is about 2 hours, 31 minutes long.
